Job Summary

The Account Executive role at Dedicated Computing is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand sales to new customers. This position requires a strong understanding of technical products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and expand sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical products and services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and expanding sales to new customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of time).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling purpose-built computing products to businesses.
  • Experience with value-based and complex solution selling.
  • Experience selling to OEMs and companies in Dedicated Computing's defined vertical markets.

Work Environment

The work environment at Dedicated Computing is highly regulated, climate-controlled, and low to moderate noise. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
