Senior Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role
- Lead projects from sales to closeout, collaborating closely with in-house professionals.
- Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects.
- Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations.
- Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs.
- Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Estimating abilities.
- Client-facing abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant construction technologies.
