Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all unit operations.

In collaboration with the management team, the CNC assesses and monitors nursing practices in line with established protocols. The CNC acts as a resource for staff and enhances the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, assess, customize, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
- Work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to drive improved outcomes and service quality.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Support staff scheduling and management.
Qualifications:


- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
