Key Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among nursing staff.
- Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal unit operations.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and current state registration.
