Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Manager (RN) for Acute Care Telemetry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Director in coordinating departmental activities aligned with the hospital's mission and values.
  • Participating in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
  • Overseeing nursing practices based on established protocols and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an acute care environment.
  • A degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • A valid Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
