Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a member of a high-performing team, demonstrating trust, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Foster relationships with customers from the initial greeting through to post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently apply effective selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage teamwork in sales efforts and positively influence the achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, including conducting merchandise inventory counts.
  • Operate the cash register and manage transactions at the point of sale.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bending, squatting, and twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation:
$22.50 per hour

Compensation is determined based on individual skills, background, and experience. Base pay is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.
Opportunities may arise to work across multiple store locations and brands.
