Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to lead and expand our Commercial HVAC business in the assigned region. The successful candidate will have a strategic focus, with proven experience in executing sales strategies for revenue growth and expense control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market strategies to drive growth across all product lines.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly sales and performance objectives.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with commercial customers and mechanical contractors.
  • Partner with regional leadership to devise and deploy sales objectives and goals for the assigned market.
  • Develop strong working relationships internally with cross-functional teams and externally with key contacts.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, judgment, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to persuade, convince, influence, and impress others.
  • Strong executive leadership presence and business acumen.
  • Self-starter with excellent presentation, phone, and written communication skills.
  • Established professional network in the HVAC industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with 5 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, construction, control systems, dustless, and/or VRH Technology.
