POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts are proactive in delivering a comprehensive array of services that enhance guests' stays. They possess the autonomy to navigate their environment and address various needs as they arise. Whether it involves managing operational tasks, fulfilling guest requests, compiling reports, or sharing local insights, the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every interaction contributes positively to the overall experience.

Regardless of the specific role, certain elements are vital for success: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be active and engaged, requiring them to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and take a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance). Excelling in these tasks, along with other reasonable job duties as assigned, is essential for Guest Experience Experts to meet the expectations of our guests and the business consistently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

The compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits. Eligibility for benefits may be subject to standard requirements and conditions.
