Job Overview

At Semiconductor Services Business US, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Account Manager III who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and achieving results.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Director to oversee account management, comprehend client requirements, and manage expectations effectively. The Account Manager III will also play a crucial role in ensuring the precision of data collection and analysis related to revenue, while tracking and monitoring internal operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine data linked to OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
  • Evaluate internal data alongside customer forecasts and actual performance.
  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for designated accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with client representatives across various functions.
  • Summarize and prioritize critical issues for discussion with the Director.
  • Review customer forecast data in collaboration with the Director.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns.
  • Alert the Director to any problem areas or lack of progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
  • Ability to document key discussions, escalations, and issues affecting customer satisfaction clearly.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for postgraduate business education.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
