This role is essential for supporting our mission to become a national leader in the flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive accounting functions
  • Experience in construction accounting preferred (flooring experience is a plus)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Supervise payroll processes
  • Oversee collections and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain and adjust the General Ledger as necessary
  • Conduct cash and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor and report on business cash flow
  • Prepare for audits by collecting necessary documentation
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and sales tax filings
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is competitive at $38.00 per hour, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week. Benefits include:
