Home Care Coordinator

The Home Care Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in the MAS Medical Staffing team, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients while maintaining effective communication with field staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating private duty services, scheduling staff, and maintaining accurate records of client service delivery. As a key member of the team, you will ensure timely and efficient service delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
Responsibilities
* Coordinates necessary functions, including food service and conference room bookings
* Identifies candidates for positions through recruiting, prescreening, interviewing, and pre-employment testing
* Assists in orientation for new employees
* Prepares check requisitions and orders supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner
* Schedules available staff based on client needs
* Communicates with field staff and maintains accurate and timely records of staff schedules and client service delivery
* Works closely with the business office to facilitate the payroll process and resolve any issues
Requirements
* 1 year of business/medical office experience in a busy, complex environment
* High school diploma or equivalent with secretarial/office management preparation
* LNA/CNA/PCA/PSS/PCSP certification preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
