Job Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Respond to queries via phone and email
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Expert understanding of desktop computer hardware and the Windows 10 operating system
- Experience with transferring data and profile information to new PC hardware
- Experience with patch management systems (Quest KACE experience preferred)
- Mobile Device Management experience (MaaS360 experience preferred)
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
