Deaconess Healthcare Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team at Deaconess. As a Clinical Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing direct or indirect care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems, as well as preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general patient care and assistance with procedures
  • Document activities and provide patient/family education
  • Utilize established principles and ethical standards, as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess
Requirements:
  • Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current certification/license from one of the following: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant Clinical, or Active LPN license in state of employment
  • CPR provider certification
