Join Our Team as a Sales Support Consultant

At ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, our team members play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, driving product sales, and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and promote product sales.
  • Maintain an organized, sparkling, and well-stocked store environment to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in online training and assist with store resets, remodels, and new openings.
  • Support the Wine and Spirits Consultant during tastings and special in-store events.
  • Effectively market products through various channels, including in-store displays and signage.
  • Restock shelves and ensure accurate pricing for all products.
  • Adhere to operational compliance policies to ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests.
  • Utilize Point-of-Sale systems for processing transactions, including cash handling and applying discounts.
  • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.

Qualifications:

While experience in the wine or spirits industry is beneficial, a background in retail or customer service with a passion for wine and spirits is equally valued.

Our Full-Time team members must be flexible with their schedules, as our business requires availability during evenings and weekends, particularly during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Frequent movement throughout the store.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Occasional use of ladders and step stools for accessing stock.
