At VIVE Collision, we are committed to revolutionizing the collision repair industry through our dedication to people, processes, and passion. We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to play a vital role in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure parts from suppliers and dealerships based on repair estimates and additional requirements.
- Collaborate with estimators to ensure part availability and manage delivery timelines.
- Oversee the tracking of parts shipments and communicate with vendors regarding their status as necessary.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators related to parts management.
- Ensure that part orders align with corresponding repair orders.
- Conduct inspections upon receipt of parts to identify any damages.
- Manage the overall flow of parts within the shop.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a parts role within a collision repair environment is essential.
- Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive components.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Ability to comprehend basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and pull.
- Capacity to lift and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs).
