Job Description

Job Title: Regional Collision Director

Job Summary:

VIVE Collision is seeking a highly skilled Regional Collision Director to lead our regional operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining VIVE goals, culture, performance standards, growth, and unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals, including developing and maintaining VIVE goals, culture, performance standards, growth, and unparalleled customer service.
  • Coaching and Supporting Location Managers: Coach and support location managers to enhance their leadership skills, including providing clear expectations, necessary tools, training, and information.
  • Monitoring Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability, including ensuring quality repairs, safety, and profitability within the assigned shops.
  • Fostering a Positive Team Culture: Foster a positive team culture and promote professional development among team members, including identifying potential acquisition and brownfield opportunities in support of the company's growth.
  • Thorough Understanding of Repair Processes: Have a thorough understanding of repair processes and procedures, including working closely with the Talent Team to recruit and source qualified candidates for potential employment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Technical Experience: 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or collision estimating.
  • Previous Multi-Shop Leadership Experience: Previous multi-shop leadership experience or extensive facility management experience is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
