Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radio Communications Specialist to join our team at MASS. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio transmitting and receiving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and test radio equipment using hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • Inspect and repair damaged components and loose or broken connections.
  • Provide on-the-job training for employees.
  • Determine materials and equipment necessary for assigned area work projects.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of full-time or equivalent part-time technical experience in radio communications equipment repair.
  • Possession of a current and valid First or Second Class Radiotelephone Operator's License issued by the Federal Communications Commission.
