About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team on 5 West, a 15-bed unit dedicated to caring for abdominal transplant, urology, and plastic surgery patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly specialized patient population and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including abdominal transplant, urology, and plastic surgery patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and research activities to improve clinical outcomes and patient care.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment for all patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
