Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of relevant and current experience required.
