- Assess patient needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit goals and performance improvement activities, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- One year of nursing experience, with a strong foundation in clinical nursing practice.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
