The Team

As an essential member of the End User Marketing and Analytics team, you will be pivotal to the success of our product. Your main responsibility will be to harness the capabilities of AI to assess the needs of our loyalty platform. You will enhance Ascenda's Campaign Suite, which will suggest communication and bonus strategies to boost acquisition and engagement. Unlock limitless potential by integrating Ascenda Campaigns with our clients' existing marketing frameworks, facilitating both inbound and outbound campaigns, communications, analysis, and more. In your role as a Staff Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Business Development, GTM, and Partnership teams.

Your Impact

  • You will guide the roadmap and priorities of your domain by gaining a deep understanding of users, competitors, and our product suite, fostering a shared understanding among stakeholders.
  • Enhance coordination by providing marketers with a comprehensive front-end display library for both their loyalty programs and their applications.
  • Empower partners to develop partner-funded redemption campaigns and enable dedicated advertising displays for partners within Ascenda User Experiences.
  • You will oversee all lifecycle stages of a product from conception to retirement, ensuring that deliverables are clear, releases are timely, and users remain engaged.
  • You will work directly with our engineers and other key stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and deliver impactful features.

Who You Are

  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, directly collaborating with engineering teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or consumer applications is essential, preferably in the Mar-Tech sector.
  • You possess extensive experience in consumer journeys, user studies, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis, as well as APIs and vendor integration work.
  • You are a versatile problem-solver who approaches challenges with innovative solutions, demonstrating a strong instinct for what is technically and commercially viable.
  • You have solid business acumen and a foundational understanding across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, and communication.
  • You excel at simplifying complex concepts and articulating solutions in clear, concise, yet comprehensive terms.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions within a technology organization.
  • You have demonstrated a capacity for problem-solving by synthesizing information and grasping the broader context.

The salary for this position ranges from $199k to $210k annually, depending on experience.
