Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Hunter Recruitment Advisors. The successful candidate will provide general information, referrals, and linkages to community resources, as well as coordinate educational workshops and community-building activities for residents of our portfolio properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess the needs of residents, including special needs groups, and develop tailored service plans to address their requirements.
  • Provide case management services, including referrals and linkages to community resources, to support residents in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and implement community programs, workshops, and events that promote resident engagement, education, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with residents.
  • Track and report on program activities, outcomes, and impact to inform future service delivery and improvement.
  • Conduct annual resident satisfaction surveys to ensure quality of service and relevance of services based on resident needs and requests.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports to measure program impact and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in social work, supportive services, case management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong background in collaborating with low-income individuals, individuals with special needs, mental health, physical, and developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of community resources, services, and public benefits for linkages.
  • Group facilitation, conflict resolution, and mediation skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a mission-driven organization with high standards of ethics and individual morals.
  • Ability to take initiative in problem-solving and possess analytical/data skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree or 2 years of work experience within a related field of social work, psychology, mental health, and/or supportive case management.

License and Certifications

A valid California driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
