Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at The Palms at Bonaventure Assisted Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and employees, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone and Reception Duties: Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages, and communicate with residents and staff as needed.
  • Guest Services: Greet residents, visitors, and employees, answer inquiries, and provide directions.
  • Administrative Support: Collate marketing materials, prepare meal tickets, and update resident phone lists and rosters.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule appointments for residents and family members, including hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
  • Mail and Package Distribution: Organize and distribute mail to residents, executive director, and department coordinators.
  • Resident Support: Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience: One to three years of customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
