Key Responsibilities
  • Modeling Company Culture: Demonstrate a warm and approachable demeanor to each patient, consistently providing a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments to ensure each healthcare provider has a smooth and productive day.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during their wait time, answering telephones in a timely manner and handling all calls with efficiency and thoroughness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all tasks on the front office checklist are completed daily, post payments to patient accounts in accordance with Company policies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our practice management system, including patient registration, e-check in, and account management.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other meetings as required, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Skills and Abilities: Results-oriented, patient advocate, process-focused operator, financial acumen, influencer, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
