Job Overview

eShow is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent eShow's products and services to clients, providing a deep understanding of our solutions and how they meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement territory action plans, utilizing comprehensive data analysis to drive sales growth.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and manage sales cycles from lead generation to close.
  • Provide demos of eShow products to prospective clients and prepare professional proposals for executive-level presentations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for executive-level presentations and maintain accurate records in eShow's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other sales team members to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor competition and recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on market analysis.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Represent eShow at industry events, including trade shows and corporate events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in sales and/or event management in the tradeshow industry, or a combination of both.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly with personnel at all levels of education and expertise.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to operate with little or no supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and technically proficient with video conference and communication tools.
