About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Nielsen Consumer LLC. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling sellers to be more efficient and focused on winning business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure opportunities progress to close won as quickly as possible
  • Assist with pitches, pricing, and proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure a stellar customer experience
  • Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization to guide sellers on best practices and ensure adherence
  • Work closely with Sellers, Sales Support, and SDRs to cover any accruing issues for ongoing clients when required
  • Help top sellers with administrative, non-revenue-generating tasks to ensure their time can be prioritized on revenue-generating activities
  • Effectively manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline, including managing expectations and escalating delays to leader in a timely manner
  • Utilize reports to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and alert sellers of at-risk opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or Sales Operations, Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically through identification of problems and implement successful, tactical solutions
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business-critical objectives are met
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and common pain points sellers encounter with a desire to drive improvements
  • Experience building and/or using sales performance reporting in a CRM, PowerBI or similar software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Prior exposure to SaaS technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to drive productivity working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism in a resilient fashion, and apply it effectively to daily tasks and business objectives
