Job Description

">

As a Behavior Development Specialist at Achieving True Self, you will work closely with our team of professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Conducting initial assessments and reassessments to identify client needs and goals

">

* Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on client strengths, needs, and preferences

">

* Collaborating with clients, family members, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination

">

* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes

">

* Providing training and supervision to new staff members to promote professional growth and development

">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* A Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or social work

">

* A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

">

* Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
