Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes weekly direct deposits, medical, dental, vision, life, professional liability, and long/short-term disability insurance, as well as a matching 401(K) plan.

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with students, parents, and educators to identify and address learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other challenges that may impact academic success. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention strategies to support student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with special education regulations.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to students, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement cultural competence training programs for staff and students, promoting equity and inclusivity in the classroom.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist is also required. Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not necessary.

Interview Process

A panel interview will be conducted, consisting of a screening call and a virtual/in-person interview with school district representatives. Offer letters will be issued within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
