Salary InformationThe salary for this role is $15.50 per hour, paid on demand. This rate may vary based on location and experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Support Professional at Sevita, you will play a critical role in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and mobility
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to individuals with complex needs
- Helping participants develop life skills, such as budgeting and nutrition
You will work collaboratively with our team to create a supportive environment that promotes independence and growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
