We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and provide accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform lab tests, and conduct specialized procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle changes and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania (or multi-state license) upon hire.
