Overview

Soliant Therapy Group is a leading provider of speech and language services. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Greendale, Massachusetts.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. This includes evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Massachusetts State SLP License is required, as well as a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
