We are seeking a highly skilled Security Representative Staff to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and performing primary Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for multiple complex and growing special access and sensitive compartmentalized information programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security support and guidance to program personnel, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to protect sensitive information and assets.
  • Conduct security inspections and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with program management and other stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing security regulations and guidelines, and provide training and guidance to program personnel as needed.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
  • SAP experience and SCI experience.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
  • Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
Desired Skills
  • Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance.
  • Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, CPSO and physical security expert.
  • Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
