Job Summary

As an Engineering Technician I at Terracon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials. Your primary responsibilities will include performing field and laboratory testing, observing and inspecting construction materials, and communicating with project managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials.
  • Communicate with project managers, engineering technicians, and other stakeholders regarding construction site requirements and testing results.
  • Transport material samples to the laboratory for further testing and analysis.
  • Prepare and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles, and work areas.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience required.
  • Obtain ACI certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Successful completion of related internal safety certifications.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
