Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at Booth & Associates, LLC. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team by providing technical assistance and support to engineers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in the design and development of engineer plans, specifications, and reports for joint-use make-ready attachment applications.
  • Perform inspections of overhead electric distribution facilities and equipment using survey equipment such as GPS.
  • Perform National Electrical Safety Code compliance analysis of pole data using software such as Office, Pole Foreman, and Excel.
  • Design overhead and underground electric distribution facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma minimum. Experience in a technical role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
