Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business growth and retention.
- Analysis and Insights: Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive customer success.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnerships with customers, including upsell and renewal initiatives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including junior and executive-level contacts.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $100,000 - $120,000, with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus and equity grant.
