About the Role

At Stellar Health, we're dedicated to helping primary care providers put patient health first. As a Senior Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers, including health plans and risk-bearing entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Analysis and Insights: Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive customer success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnerships with customers, including upsell and renewal initiatives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including junior and executive-level contacts.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or a related field.
