About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hireio, Inc. as an E-Commerce Manager. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and update account activities, including setting up new product listings and maintaining product and category pages.
  • Sales Planning: Formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts, leveraging market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to ensure listing visibility and budget is met, including advertising and promotional activities.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and build a high-performing eCommerce team, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of the competitive market and develop a competitive marketing strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support and maintain positive customer feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with major marketplace platforms and a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
