Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.
This role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing data-driven strategies to attract, engage, and convert our target audiences.
You will lead SEO, paid advertising, marketing measurement and reporting, and full-funnel marketing forecasting, email marketing building, and more to fuel growth and build a scalable marketing engine.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, and a portfolio of previous work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Ownership: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
- Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring ROI optimization through effective targeting, ad copy, and landing page testing.
- Google Tag Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and analytics.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Full-Funnel Marketing Forecasting: Develop models to forecast lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion metrics across the marketing funnel.
- HubSpot Management: Act as the HubSpot administrator, managing workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and database hygiene.
- Email Campaign Development: Create and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, and segmented campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align on goals, messaging, and performance metrics.
- A/B Testing: Conduct regular experiments across channels to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and activities.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest trends in inbound/digital marketing, legal technology, and the legal industry at large.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles. A portfolio of previous work is required.
- Skills: Proven ability to drive results through multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with HubSpot.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter, performance-driven, industrious (acts with a sense of urgency and high productivity), fast learner, resourceful, and deadline-oriented.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
