We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective and active students, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple incoming calls and emails from students, providing detailed information and scheduling appointments for all campuses.
- Ensure all student questions are answered and/or followed up with in a timely manner.
- Utilize Web Chat functionality to communicate directly with students.
- Develop a full understanding of the enrollment process within the college to provide accurate information to all inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and outcomes that align with our college's culture and core values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred. Prior experience in customer service may be accepted in lieu of education.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer experience-based environment.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail. Able to maintain a customer-friendly demeanor.
