Qualigence International is a leading talent acquisition and optimization firm seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and developing sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of marketing leads to generate qualified and interested buyers
  • Schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Develop sales campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Execute daily outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions
  • Obtain knowledge of all Qualigence services, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition
Expectations:
  • Within 30 days, become proficient in our sales systems and understand the sales process
  • Ability to speak to all services enough to conduct outreach
  • Schedule 5 appointments per month
  • Within 60 days, schedule 10 appointments per month
  • Within 90 days, schedule 15 appointments per month and achieve a 25% conversion rate into opportunities
  • Within 180 days, schedule 20 appointments per month and achieve a 50% conversion rate into opportunities
