Business Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in sales. This position involves taking ownership of marketing leads to generate qualified and interested buyers, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and executing daily outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
The ideal candidate will have professional phone etiquette, technical skills, persuasive communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. They will also be results-driven and able to problem-solve effectively.
As a Sales Development Representative at Qualigence, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Customer Success Manager or Business Development Officer role, and other leadership opportunities. You will also be eligible for paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401k with company match.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing leads to generate qualified and interested buyers
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Execute daily outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Develop sales campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce
- Obtain knowledge of all Qualigence services with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition
Expectations
- 30 days: Become proficient with the systems in place that support day-to-day efforts, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and fully understand the sales process
- 60 days: Schedule 10 appointments per month
- 90 days: Schedule 15 appointments per month and achieve a 25% conversion rate into opportunities
- 180 days: Schedule 20 appointments per month and achieve a 50% conversion rate into opportunities
