Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and optimize sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
