Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of marketing leads to generate qualified and interested buyers
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Develop sales campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Execute daily outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions
Expectations:
  • 30 days: Become proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot, schedule 5 appointments per month
  • 60 days: Schedule 10 appointments per month
  • 90 days: Schedule 15 appointments per month, achieve a 25% conversion rate into opportunities
  • 180 days: Schedule 20 appointments per month, achieve a 50% conversion rate into opportunities
