Job Summary

Ohio Dominican University seeks a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join its team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the university's programs and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the university's programs and events.
  • Create engaging content, including social media posts, press releases, and website content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the media, including pitching stories and securing media coverage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners across the university to provide marketing communications strategy and editorial support.
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy for the university.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, public relations, or English.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing and public relations.
  • Superior writing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work well with the media and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
