About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in New York City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outside Account Executives and driving revenue growth for our NYC Cluster, which includes 106.7 Lite FM and 103.5 KTU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Outside Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales management in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
