NYC Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in New York City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outside Account Executives and driving revenue growth for our NYC Cluster, which includes 106.7 Lite FM and 103.5 KTU.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of Outside Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive new business and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales management in the media industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
