About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Sales Manager to join our team in New York City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outside Account Executives and driving revenue growth for our NYC Cluster, which includes 106.7 Lite FM and 103.5 KTU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Outside Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
