NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to lead our Streetwear sales team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with streetwear brands, driving sales initiatives, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of streetwear culture and trends, as well as a proven track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential streetwear accounts.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the streetwear segment to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with buyers to create tailored sales strategies that resonate with the target market.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights to forecast and optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations to promote our streetwear offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and branding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the streetwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of streetwear culture, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
