Job Overview

Eva NYC is a leading beauty brand in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to creating innovative hair care products and styling tools. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our team in maintaining a profitable and healthy business with key Mass/Specialty/New Business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a winning 4P strategy for customers, focusing on maximizing core business while expanding new distribution for the Eva NYC portfolio.
  • Manage and continuously improve customer forecasting, distribution, profitability, shelving, and merchandising.
  • Train and lead team members to sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Establish productive relationships with key customer contacts and sell win-win business plans.
  • Strategic planning of the overall business, including the development of a sales plan and budget attainment of both revenue and profit.
  • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to the internal Eva leadership team, reviewing performance and outlining strategy based on analytical data.
  • Lead and coach team members to develop promotional strategy and presentations, special prepacks, and events to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales growth through effective negotiation, pricing, coop, and vendor terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales supporting Mass/Specialty/New Business, ideally across Walmart, grocery, and specialty channels.
  • Highly developed sales and financial acumen, including P&L budget management.
  • Deep understanding of Nielsen and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
