Role Summary

As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will be instrumental in welcoming patients, handling incoming calls, organizing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly and professionally responding to phone inquiries
  • Welcoming and guiding patients and visitors
  • Communicating financial obligations to patients and collecting co-payments
  • Registering both new and returning patients
  • Upholding patient confidentiality
  • Complying with safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
