Role Summary
At Axia Women's Health, we are dedicated to enhancing women's health through tailored care across our various health centers. As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will be instrumental in welcoming patients, handling incoming calls, organizing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly and professionally responding to phone inquiries
- Welcoming and guiding patients and visitors
- Communicating financial obligations to patients and collecting co-payments
- Registering both new and returning patients
- Upholding patient confidentiality
- Complying with safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
Ideal candidates will possess:
