As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be instrumental in welcoming patients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to phone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Welcoming and guiding patients and visitors
- Communicating financial obligations to patients and processing co-payments
- Registering both new and returning patients
- Upholding patient confidentiality
- Complying with safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
