**Salary Information**

The estimated salary range for this position is $174,415 - $286,045 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.

**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced professional to support Government Task Managers in staffing multiple positions within defined areas of responsibility (AORs). The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the Intelligence Community, with intimate familiarity with its objectives and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert support to Government Task Managers in staffing and personnel management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer personnel at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Twelve years of experience working in the Intelligence Community in a core HUMINT role.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or five years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in cable writing and use of specific databases.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and promote candidates into new positions.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Certification in Customer basic tradecraft courses, experience serving overseas, and experience managing others are highly desirable.
